Shaking the Trees for God!

Satellite of Grace's newest episode, "Shaking the Trees for God" is live. My guest Pastor Bertha Murillo talks about the role her faith played in getting her away from drugs and alcohol and into a life of service to a population that most of us would rather not think about.

Her joy is infectious - even at the point that she's making predictions for my own spiritual future!

The Satellite of Grace is still putting out signal!

Thanks
Thanks for the plug, ma'am. Very appreciated. :)

Good show. Listening to people with so much spiritual faith that is seems to gush out of them like a geiser is interesting. Being a Unitarian who tries to consider all the angles and options (and who works in academia), such absolute faith is a bit curious to me. I have trouble believing in one true answer to the world, and I'm trying to understand those that believe they have found it. More dialog will help with that understanding.

Re: Thanks
Awww. That means that you actually listened all the way to the end! Extra bonus love for you!

I have no idea what Unitarians believe. I have my own religion and I'm pretty adamant about it, but it doesn't really come out on the show. I don't think it's my business to dictate. I am currently angling to have the heads of Unitarian Jihad come on, though.

What if the One True Answer is either D)all of the above, or E) none of the above? I think it's more likely to be one of those two than any of the others on offer so far.
