Birdflu aside (and I seem to be well on the mend, thanks to all of you who sent me good wishes/stern admonishments), while I have remained steadfastly uncommitted to doing Nano this year, I have managed to write over 12,500 words in the two days I've been home. And give an interview about Nano.

I think it's possible that I will remain uncommitted until I'm finished with this novel. At which time, I will likely decide that Nano is a horrible waste of time and I'm not going to do it this year. Unless I finish before the party, in which case I'll decide to opt out on the 21st.
