I'll be slaughtering chickens the weekends of June 3/4 AND June 10/11. They're getting huge and fat and it's time to kill them off. There are 12 birds to be done, but I'm going to be doing the largest ones on the first weekend, give the others a chance to grow a little more, and then doing them the next weekend. For anyone who misses out on this golden opportunity, I'll be doing the 6 black australorp males in mid-July.
